Chargeback Expertz provides a Monthly and Quarterly Analysis showing statistics and reports that make sense. The credit card companies follow a strict 1 Chargeback to 100 Transactions Rule. (This may differ in some international online business categories.) It’s important to keep track of your merchant processing, refunds and disputes count and ratio, as Chargebacks are bad for business and can be a frustrating experience.

This report includes Chargeback Reasoning, Win and Loss Data, Load Balancing Profiles, Chargeback Percentages for each Merchant Account, Chargeback Prevention Notification Data, Customer Service Reports, etc. At Chargeback Expertz we understand your needs! Representment Services

  • Chargeback Expertz provides Representment Services on Chargeback Disputes that were not prevented through its alert services, in an effort to reduce lost revenue and repair the reputation of the Merchant with certain issuers.

  • Every case is unique and is created based on the actual Chargeback Reason Code. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover have predefined sets of Reason Code they use worldwide. Reason Codes may differ geographically based on the merchant’s location and currency of payment.

Win-Loss Reports

  • Chargeback Expertz helps to develop and support effective means for a Merchant to communicate outcome information on Confirmed Disputed Transactions. Our reports include actual dates, amounts, and even letters from Processing Companies stating Reversal Credit, on a Chargeback.

  • If we are not able to support a Chargeback, a valid reason of Reversal Denial is provided to the Merchant. This helps to avoid Chargebacks in the future.

Chargeback Customer-Bank Support

Chargeback Expertz provides excellent standards of customer service, processing of returns, and email customer support. Recon and Action Reports, based on the Errors and the Merchant’s Calls/Emails/Returns reported, are provided. These reports help forecast any upcoming Chargebacks and resolve customer issues before they can even dispute the transaction.
